Details of Disappearance
Justin was last seen in Ecktenal, Germany on December 12, 1998. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Debra Jeschke. A photograph and vital statistics for Debra are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on January 7, 1999. Their whereabouts are unknown and Justin's case remains unsolved.Klickitat County, Washington authorities are investigating Justin's abduction.
