Details of Disappearance
Priscilla and her brother Mauricio disappeared from Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 15, 2003. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial father. Photographs and information for the father are unavailable. Priscilla and Mauricio's father has applied for their return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The children's cases remain unsolved.
