Graying brown hair, brown eyes. Kaiser wore a moustache at the time of his disappearance. He is missing some teeth. He has a tattoo of a Tasmanian Devil with the words "Back Off" written underneath on his right shoulder, and a tattoo of the phrase "In Loving Memory Lenny" on his back. Kaiser's nicknames are Toby and Buck. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, cowboy boots, a gray and black zip-up jacket or sweater, and a leather Harley Davidson baseball cap.
Details of Disappearance
Kaiser was last seen at approximately 4:00 p.m. on November 30, 2006 at his residence in the vicinity of the 7400 block of Perry Creek Road in Somerset, California. He was in the process of moving to Modesto, California at the time. He has never been heard from again.Kaiser may be driving a silver four-door 1984 to 1988 Buick Regal with California license plates. He may be in the Georgetown, Somerset, or Modesto areas of California. Kaiser stayed in close contact with his family prior to going missing; his disappearance is out of character for him. His case remains unsolved.
