Details of Disappearance
Kelley was last seen at his home in Sacramento County, California on May 20, 1981. He has never been heard from again. His orange Toyota Celica was discovered abandoned in New Orleans, Louisiana shortly after he vanished. Kelley's case remains unsolved. His disappearance has been ruled as suspicious.
