Details of Disappearance
Kelley was last seen in her hometown of Haltom City, Texas on June 6, 1996. She has never been heard from again. Kelley left all of her personal belongings at her residence, including her purse and her clothing. She was a victim of abuse at the time of her disappearance. Foul play is suspected in Kelley's case. She has three children and she has relatives living in the Bend, Oregon area. Her case remains unsolved.
