He has a light-colored on his right eyelid, a dark-colored round birthmark on the back of his neck, and a birthmark on his nose. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A yellow, pink and blue jumpsuit.
Details of Disappearance
Justin was last seen in Lorena, Texas on June 21, 1992. His non-custodial father, Daniel Lee Kestel, had supervised visitation with the child. Daniel's mother was the supervisor. During a visitation period, Daniel and his mother abducted Justin. None of them have been heard from again.Photographs and vital statistics for Daniel are posted below this case summary. A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on July 22, 1992, a month after he disappeared with Justin. There is no warrant out for Justin's grandmother's arrest at this time. Justin's case remains unsolved.
