    Details of Disappearance

    Keyvani was last seen by her father during a supervised visitation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 7, 2006. On November 3, the court awarded Keyvani's father sole custody of the child. However, Keyvani's mother, Carolyn Anne Celine Casey, had already taken her and fled. She sold her car, quit her job and moved out of her apartment. She is wanted locally for parental kidnapping and has a federal warrant for her arrest for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
