Details of Disappearance
Kowalchuk was last seen getting into a small white car outside her family's home on east Morton Avenue in Tacoma, Washington on December 26, 1999. She didn't take any clothing or personal belongings with her and has never been heard from again. Kowalchuk's family didn't report her missing until 2004. Authorities can't find anyone who's had contact with her since 1999. Foul play is possible in her case.
