Brown hair, blue eyes. Latham wears eyeglasses. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A green button-down shirt, a dark blue denim jacket, blue jeans and a white gold wedding band. Medical Conditions: Latham suffers from severe depression.
Details of Disappearance
Latham was last seen when his daughter dropped him off at his residence on Sheffield Drive in Mansfield Township, New Jersey at 5:00 a.m. on April 8, 2008. He is believed to have walked away from his home a short time later. He has never been heard from again.Latham was employed with the Sunoco Inc. refinery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the time of his disappearance. He has disappeared before, but had always returned home within a day or so. Foul play is not suspected in his case, but little evidence is available as to his fate.
