Brown hair, hazel eyes. Leonard wears eyeglasses. His nickname is Clif. Medical Conditions: Leonard is mentally challenged. He was required to take Thorazine in August 1983, but he was not carrying his prescription at the time of his disappearance. Leonard may require medical attention.
Details of Disappearance
Leonard resided in Lakeland, Florida in 1983. His father dropped him off at a friend's home Lake Hollingsworth near Lakeland on August 22, 1983. Leonard planned to meet his friends in the area during the day. His father returned to bring him home during the late evening hours, but Leonard had disappeared. He has never been heard from again.
