Details of Disappearance
Oscar and his brother Christian were last seen in Downey, California on September 24, 2000. They have never been heard from again. They are believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial father, Martin Leyva Andaracua. A photograph and vital statistics for Andracua are posted below this cases summary. A felony warrant was issued for him on October 12, 2000.Oscar, Christian and their father may be in Morales, Mexico, staying with a female relative who lives there. The boys' cases are unsolved.
