Missing Since: August 15, 1997 from Siloam Springs, Arkansas Classification: Family Abduction Date Of Birth: November 18, 1992 Age: 4 years old Height and Weight: 3'4, 34 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, black eyes. Hugo has a small wart on one of his ears. His upper two front teeth were missing at the time of his 1997 disappearance, and his lower teeth are chipped. Some agencies do not hypenate his last name, as in "Lopez Valencia."
Details of Disappearance
Hugo and his sister Denise were last seen in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on August 15, 1997. They are believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial father, Ramon Lopez Orozco. A photograph and vital statistics for Ramon are posted below this case summary. Hugo, Denise and Ramon may have traveled to Mexico. They were sighted there in 2001, but the children were not recovered. Their cases are unsolved.
