Black hair, brown eyes. Victoria has pierced ears. She may have a vertical scar on her nose. She may have a dark spot, similar in appearance to a bruise, on the top of her wrist, and a gap between her front teeth.

Victoria was last seen on September 17, 1997 in Kilgore, Texas. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Raul Rodriguez Lopez. A photograph and vital statistics for Raul are posted below this case summary. A felony arrest warrant is on file for him.Raul and Victoria may be in Mexico or they may be living in the United States, possibly in southern California, under false names. Raul has associations with both Texas and Mexico. Their whereabouts remain unknown and Victoria's case is unsolved.
