Missing Since: April 26, 2005 from Lorton, Virginia Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: November 25, 1943 Age: 61 years old Height and Weight: 5'10, 150 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A long-sleeved green knit sweater and gray cotton slacks. Medical Conditions: Lyon suffers from mental and emotional problems and is supposed to be taking medication to treat them. He had been off his medication for several weeks prior to his disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Lyon was last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. on April 21, 2005, walking northbound on Richmond Highway between Telegraph Road and Pohick Road in Lorton, Virginia. He has never been heard from again. His silver four-door 2001 Toyota Camry with Virginia license plates numbered JME 4385 was found on May 15, over two weeks later, in a shopping center parking lot near the 7800 block of Gunston Plaza Drive in Lorton. There was no sign of Lyon at the scene and his case remains unsolved.
