Missing Since: August 8, 1975 from Lorain, Ohio Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: December 3, 1949 Age: 25 years old Height and Weight: 5'5 - 5'6, 125 - 135 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Madden has a surgical scar on her knee and an appendectomy scar on the lower right side of her abdomen. Her left pinky finger was injured when she was a child and is crooked as a result. Madden's nickname is Dotty and she may use the last name Wood. Medical Conditions: Madden suffered from encephalitis in the past, but it is not believed to have had any permanent effects. She may have been pregnant at the time of her disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Madden was last seen in Lorain, Ohio on August 8, 1975. She got into a violent argument with her boyfriend and disappeared shortly afterwards. Authorities believed she had left of her own accord. Madden's family stated her boyfriend was violent and mentally ill and was confined to an institution sometime after 1975, but it is unclear whether he was involved in her case.Madden was born and raised in Massachusetts; she moved to Ohio with her boyfriend the same year as her disappearance. Her loved ones stated she has a passive personality. Her case remains unsolved.
