Brown hair, brown eyes. Mahaffey's two front teeth are capped and one of them is discolored. His nickname is Josh.
Details of Disappearance
Mahaffey was last seen at his Centralia, Illinois home on October 12, 1991. He has never been heard from again.Prior to his disappearance, Mahaffey was a police informant. His information helped convict a man of burglary. The burglar was sentenced to four years in prison. Authorities are unsure whether the burglary case is related to Mahaffey's disappearance. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance, which remains unsolved.
