Details of Disappearance
Seif disappeared from Weirton, West Virginia sometime in early 1958. His father, Keily Mahssen, is believed to have taken him out of the country, possibly to Yemen, which is Keily's birth country. Seif's family in the United States never had contact with him again and his whereabouts are unknown.
