Brown hair, black eyes. Rubina has scars on the right side of her abdomen and scars on her right leg. Her nickname is Ruby.
Details of Disappearance
Rubina disappeared from Castle Rock, Colorado on February 4, 2008. She normally resides in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Authorities believe she was abducted by her non-custodial father. Photographs and information for Rubina's father are unavailable. They may be in Dubai. The child's whereabouts are unknown and her case remains unsolved.
