Black/brown hair, brown eyes. Mattos wears Cartier eyeglasses with silver frames. His nickname is Juancas. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A gold wedding band, a silver Rolex watch, a gold chain with a cross pendant, blue jeans, Nike sneakers, and possibly a black shirt.
Details of Disappearance
Mattos was last seen at approximately 1:15 p.m. on March 16, 2004, driving his green 1997 Honda CR-V in the vicinity of northwest 8th Street and 87th Avenue in Miami, Florida. He has never been heard from again. On June 2, 2004, two and a half months after his disappearance, his car was found near the intersection of Flagler Street and 30th Avenue in Miami. There was no sign of him at the scene. Foul play is suspected in Mattos's case, which remains unsolved.
