Details of Disappearance
McDowell was last seen on West Main Street in a commercial/industrial area of Woodland, California on January 19, 1984. She was standing in front of the Yolo County Social Services office at the time of her disappearance. She has never been heard from again.Winters, California authorities are handling McDowell's case.
