Brown hair, blue eyes. McKinney may use the last name Wood or the nickname Clown. He has a surgical scar on his testes, his ears are pierced and his tongue may be pierced. He has the following tattoos: the cartoon birds Heckle and Jeckle on the front of his left shoulder, a peace sign on his right shoulder and three dots on the inside of his right ear. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Unknown, but he usually wears a t-shirt on top of a long-sleeved shirt, low-riding jeans with boxer shorts exposed, a black or brown belt, white socks, sneakers and a baseball cap. He may wear a gold cross necklace and silver hoop earrings.
Details of Disappearance
McKinney was last seen in the vicinity of the 100 block of Heathrown Lane in Statesville, North Carolina on February 20, 2006. After his disappearance, his truck was found parked in the driveway with his dogs, clothing and tools inside and the keys in the ignition. Only his wallet was missing. McKinney has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
