Missing Since: February 26, 2010 from Portland, Oregon Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: May 31, 1970 Age: 39 years old Height and Weight: 5'2 - 5'6, 220 - 260 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, green eyes. McPhail wears eyeglasses. Medical Conditions: McPhail suffers from anxiety. She is supposed to take prescription medication which she doesn't have with her.
Details of Disappearance
McPhail was last seen on February 26, 2010. She paid for a taxi ride to the Portland International Airport in Portland, Oregon, telling the taxi driver she was going to take a flight to California. She has never been heard from again. McPhail has previously been homeless in California and in Eugene, Oregon. Eugene police are investigating her disappearance, which remains unsolved.
