Missing Since: August 18, 2006 from Louisa, Kentucky Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: December 8, 1961 Age: 44 years old Height and Weight: 5'7, 200 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Graying brown hair, blue eyes. Meeks has numerous tattoos on both arms, including a tattoo of a dragon and the cartoon character Papa Smurf on the top of his hand. He has caps on all his teeth and he has previously fractured his right wrist. Meeks goes by his middle name, Kelly. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A red t-shirt, a black belt, blue or black jeans, white socks, sneakers, a black cowboy hat with pins on it, homemade rings, several necklaces and possibly wearing a bandana around his neck. Medical Conditions: Meeks has an unspecified medical condition and needs medication.
Details of Disappearance
Meeks as last seen at approximately 7:00, leaving his residence on foot in the vicinity of the 20 block of Fawn Court in Louisa, Kentucky. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
