Brown hair, brown eyes. Mello has a scar under his chin. He has a small indentation below the outer edge of his right eye. Mello has facial dimples.
Details of Disappearance
Mello was last seen at his Needles, California residence on July 28, 1995. He has never been heard from again. Mello may be in the company of other males and may have left California voluntarily. Some agencies may classify Mello's case as that of a runaway.
