Brown hair, brown eyes. Elizabeth is biracial; she is Filipino and Caucasian. Her two front teeth are capped and she has a mole on her right ankle.
Details of Disappearance
Elizabeth and her sisters Gabrielle and Ashley were all abducted by their non-custodial father, Arle Millares. A photograph and vital statistics for Arle are posted below this case summary. They may have been taken to Quezon City in the Philippines. A felony warrant for child concealment has been issued for Arle. None of the Millares children have ever been heard from again.
