    Monroe was last seen at the Comfort Motel in the 300 block of Berlin Turnpike in Berlin, Connecticut at 3:30 p.m. on January 20, 2010. She was living there with her boyfriend, who is the father of her toddler son. Her boyfriend was arrested on unrelated charges soon after her disappearance.

    Monroe is originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, and she frequented the Connecticut cities of Hartford and New Haven. It's uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning. Few details are available in her case.
