Black hair, hazel eyes. Morgan's nose, ears and eyebrow are pierced. He has the following tattoos: the name "Morgan" on his abdomen, a large cross and the word "Outlaw" on his back, and a cross on his left bicep. His nickname is Josh. Medical Conditions: Morgan has an unspecified medical condition. He was hospitalized shortly before his disappearance and needs medication.
Details of Disappearance
Morgan left Alabama to stay with relatives in Santa Barbara, California prior to his disappearance. He was treated at the county hospital and was last seen in the vicinity of the 500 block of San Pedro Street in Los Angeles, California after his release. He has never been heard from again.
