Sean disappeared from Ridley Park, Pennsylvania on October 28, 2002. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Svetlana Konstantinova Stepnaya. A photograph and vital statistics for Stepnaya are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on June 3, 2004. Sean and Stepnaya may be in Russia. The child's case remains unsolved.
