    Details of Disappearance

Morse was last seen on the west side of Las Vegas, Nevada on May 6, 2007. He called a taxi service from his apartment on his cellular phone. He was last seen being dropped off by the taxi at approximately 3:28 p.m. at a popular furniture store in the vicinity of the 3800 block of south Town Center Drive and west Flamingo. According to the taxi driver, Morse was in good spirits and was going to meet someone. Security cameras at the shopping center showed Morse walking back and forth waiting for his ride, then southwest out of the view of the camera, apparently off into the desert. He has never been heard from again.

Morse was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and graduated from Irvin High School there in 1996. He completed his State of Texas Journeyman’s requirements in 1999. His work took him to many states, including New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. Morse's behavior just prior to his disappearance does not indicate he left of his own accord. The morning of the day he vanished, he did laundry and wrote checks for utility bills. He left behind his checkbook, cellular phone, wallet and identification, as well as his vehicle, a 2005 Ford Mustang and both sets of car keys.

Morse may have a 9-millimeter Smith and Wesson pistol in his possession. Foul play is not suspected in his case, but it remains unsolved.
