Details of Disappearance
Luis disappeared from Tulare, California on May 5, 2007. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Maria Zendejas. A photograph and vital statistics for Maria are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on April 13, 2010. Luis and Maria may be in Mexico. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
