Narvaiz was last seen in Stockton, California on July 1, 1994. He left home to go to work at the Delta Island Ranch in the Twin Cities Road area of Sacramento County, California. He never arrived and has never been heard from again. Narvaiz's beige 1988 Toyota Cressida with the California license plate number 2HTD233 has never been located.
