Brown hair, blue eyes. Nellans has scars on his wrists and a tattoo of an orange and yellow sun on his left forearm. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue and white long-sleeved shirt, blue Levi's jeans and sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Nellans was last seen in San Diego, California on January 16, 1986. He has never been heard from again. Nellans was reportedly despondent at the time he went missing. Prior to his disappearance, he stole and forged some of his father's checks. The missing persons report for him was canceled as a result, but then reopened in August 1989, three and a half years after he was last seen. Few details are available in his case.
