Details of Disappearance
Newingham was last seen in Memphis, Tennessee with three other individuals on December 2, 2001. He was driving a silver and black Buick Park Avenue with the Arkansas license plate number 428 EEJ; it's unclear whether it was Newingham's car or not. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case. Crittenden County, Arkansas are investigating.
