Details of Disappearance
Vivian and her brother Dayton disappeared from Houston, Texas on November 29, 2008. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother. Photographs and information for the mother are unavailable. They may be in Canada. The children's father has applied for their return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
