Brown hair, brown eyes. Ocampo has a scar on his neck. He may use the last name Morales. Medical Conditions: Ocampo is autistic and mentally retarded.
Details of Disappearance
Ocampo disappeared from Fullerton, California on May 24, 2009. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Adriana Morales. Photographs and additional information for her are unavailable. They may be in the Veracruz, Mexico area with Morales's boyfriend. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
