Missing Since: November 30, 1980 from Baltimore, Maryland Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: April 28, 1961 Age: 19 years old Height and Weight: 5'10, 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, blue eyes. O'Donnell has scars under her chin and on her left arm. She has had a tonsillectomy and her adenoids have been removed. O'Donnell may use the aliases Judith Tuffy and/or Tuffy O'Donnell.
Details of Disappearance
O'Donnell was last seen in Baltimore, Maryland on November 30, 1980. She was a resident of the Greenwich Village area in New York City, New York at the time. O'Donnell had been visiting Baltimore and was scheduled to return to New York City on the day she disappeared. She had a bus ticket for the trip, but she never arrived at her residence and has not been heard from again.
