    Details of Disappearance

    Ojeda was last seen in Elgin, Illinois on August 30, 2005. He has never been heard from again. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial father. Photographs and information about the father are unavailable. Ojeda may have been taken to Oaxaca, Mexico. His mother has applied for his return to the United States under the terms of an international civil treaty: the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Ojeda has not been recovered, however, and his case remains unsolved.
