Missing Since: August 30, 2005 from Elgin, Illinois Classification: Family Abduction Date of Birth: December 30, 2002 Age: 2 years old Height and Weight: 2'6, 30 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, black eyes. Ojeda has a birthmark on his forehead.
Details of Disappearance
Ojeda was last seen in Elgin, Illinois on August 30, 2005. He has never been heard from again. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial father. Photographs and information about the father are unavailable. Ojeda may have been taken to Oaxaca, Mexico. His mother has applied for his return to the United States under the terms of an international civil treaty: the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Ojeda has not been recovered, however, and his case remains unsolved.
