Details of Disappearance
Yolanda and her sister Evian disappeared from San Antonio, Texas on January 3, 2009. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial father and taken to Mexico. Photographs and information for the father are unavailable. The children's mother has applied for their return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
