Brown hair, blue eyes. Owens may use the names Carmen Owens Farnam, Carmen Owens Ashthanoth, and/or Carmen Owens Athanor. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A hooded brown polyester car coat. Medical Conditions: Owens is required to take medication for an unspecified medical condition.
Details of Disappearance
Owens was last seen in Shawano, Wisconsin on November 2, 1998. She was at a bus station in the 1200 block of East Green Bay Street at the time. Owens may have boarded a Greyhound bus headed to Green Bay, Wisconsin. She has never been heard from again.Owens may have been heading to Minnesota after stopping in Green Bay. Her hobbies include horseback riding, glass reading (designing suncatchers) and wood carving.
