Details of Disappearance
Owens was last seen at his residence in the Lake Wilderness Subdivision of Spotsylvania, Virginia at 2:00 a.m. on October 13, 2007. He walked out of his home, carrying a green duffel bag containing personal items, after an argument with his girlfriend. He was severely intoxicated at the time. Owens has not been seen since. Few details are available in his case.
