Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Light brown hair, brown eyes. Padgett's hair is sun-bleached. He was clean-shaven at the time of his disappearance, but he may grow a goatee. He has hair on his arms and legs but not on his chest. Padgett has surgical scars down the back of his neck, two round scars on his forehead, a scar on his hip and horizontal legs on one of his legs. On one shoulder he has a tattoo of his initials "DP" and on the other shoulder is a tattoo of a cross with a vine around it. Padgett has a cable implanted in his neck. One of his teeth in the back has been extracted.
