Details of Disappearance
Papagini was last seen in Half Moon Bay, California on June 19, 1994. She was a passenger in an aircraft which crashed off Pillar Point Harbor shortly after takeoff from the Half Moon Bay Airport. Papagini's body was not recovered from the scene. She is presumed deceased.
