Details of Disappearance
Parker's family last saw him in West Palm Beach, Florida on December 25, 1989. He has never been heard from again. His family didn't report him missing until June 1993, because they had assumed his ex-wife had done so. She hadn't. Prior to his disappearance, Parker apparently quit his job only six months before he would have qualified for a pension. Few details are available in his case.
