Missing Since: August 2010 from Phoenix, Arizona Classification: Endangered Missing Age: 18 years old Height and Weight: 5'6 - 5'8, 120 - 130 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Payne's ears are pierced. She has a tattoo of a stick figure on her right hip and a tattoo of a pink bear above her last name "Payne" on her left arm.
Details of Disappearance
Payne was last heard from sometime in August 2010. She was in Phoenix, Arizona time and mentioned she was trying to find a modeling job. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
