Brown hair, brown eyes. Perez's nickname is Alfredito. He speaks English and Spanish. He has a dime-sized birthmark on his left ankle. Some agencies refer to him as Alfredo Sebastian Francisco Perez De La Torre.
Details of Disappearance
Perez was last seen in Wichita, Kansas on May 19, 2007. He has never been heard from again. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial father. Photographs and information about the father are unavailable. Perez may be in Mexico. His case remains unsolved.
