She has scars on her right eyebrow and in the center of her forehead. Perkins may dye her hair bright red, brown or black. She may be using the last name Moberly.

    Details of Disappearance

    Perkins's family last saw her at her parents' Lexington, Kentucky home at 1:00 p.m. on October 26, 1997. Friends saw her that evening in the vicinity of Rugby Drive, where she lived. She has never been heard from again. Her family reported her missing several hours later.

    Perkins has been known to stay away from home without permission, but she rarely went outside her neighborhood. The exact circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unclear and her case remains unsolved.
