Missing Since: March 29, 2004 from Muskegon Heights, Michigan Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: December 17, 1965 Age: 38 years old Height and Weight: 6'0, 185 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Peters has the following tattoos: a bird on his chest, a dragon on his right shoulder, and a cross on his hand. He has previously fractured his ankles, left elbow, and nose. Peters has a scar on his shoulder, a surgical scar on his left elbow, and a pierced left ear. He goes by his middle name, Troy. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue sapphire wedding ring, and possibly a black cap with the Auto Zone logo or a blue cap with the Detroit Lions logo.
Details of Disappearance
Peters was last seen at his residence near the 2100 block of McIlwraith Street in Muskegon Heights, Michigan. He is mechanic and left his home to work on someone's car in the 3000 block of Waalkes Street. At 2:00 p.m. he told the car's owner that he was going to get his children from their school and would be back later. He never got his children and has never been heard from again. Peters's wife realized he was missing when the school called her to say he had not picked up their children.Peter was last known to be driving his wife's vehicle, a gray four-door 1988 Buick LeSabre with Michigan license plates numbered YFR-680. It disappeared with him and has not been found. His family fears for his safety, but police say there is no evidence of foul play in Peters's disappearance. His case is unsolved.
