Details of Disappearance
Cynthia was last seen in Coral Springs, Florida on July 6, 1996. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Makri Soledad Pfenninger. Photographs of Makri and her vital statistics are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for interference with custody was issued for her on January 24, 1997. Cynthia and Makri may have traveled to Venezuela. Cynthia's case is unsolved.
