Details of Disappearance
Philbert's family out of state last heard from him on April 25, 2009. After that they made several attempts to contact him due to a family emergency, but he had disappeared. He has never been heard from again. Philbert's last known address was in Stanton, California and he has also lived in Long Beach, California. He may be transient now. He drives a 2002 Ford pickup truck with California license plates numbered 6X41176. His case remains unsolved.
