Plaster was last seen in Manassas, Virginia on April 16, 1988. A friend dropped him off at the Manassas Mall in the 8300 block of Sudley Road. Plaster said he would find his own way home. He has never been heard from again.

Plaster was unmarried and childless at the time of his disappearance. He had dropped out of Stonewall Jackson High School and, in 1988, was living with his parents and working as a laborer. It's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. Few details are available in his case.
